Role of PTH1R in bone biology using a phosphorylation-deficient PTH1R knock-in mouse model The goal of this project is to study the role of the phosphorylation of the PTH/PTHrP receptor in the physiological actions of PTH in vivo using a knock-in mouse model expressing a PTH1R in which the phosphorylation sites were mutated. - Principal Investigator, T32DK080657 (NIH/NIDDK) 7/1/2010 - 6/30/2015. Training Program in Endocrinology and Diabetes. To provide postdoctoral endocrine research training to MDs who completed residency training in internal medicine and clinical fellowship in endocrinology.
