    Role of PTH1R in bone biology using a phosphorylation-deficient PTH1R knock-in mouse model The goal of this project is to study the role of the phosphorylation of the PTH/PTHrP receptor in the physiological actions of PTH in vivo using a knock-in mouse model expressing a PTH1R in which the phosphorylation sites were mutated.
